With this Quality Management System in place as of 10th February 2012, the company has further enhanced the quality of service at the benefit of their esteemed clients.
This Quality Management System has been integrated and incorporated 6 months prior to the main audit on several levels of the company’s operations – some key areas which have already seen vast improvements are such as point of contact with clients, consistent performance on the ability to meet client’s requirements, enhancement to client’s overall satisfaction of the company’s services rendered and to achieve and apply continuous improvement of the services offered.
