A set of RigiFloat modular pontoons has been supplied to a multinational client for their mining project in Laos mid -2023. Collaborating with the manufacturer, A.M.S assisted the client with designing a RORO barge that suits the client’s operations which has very specific draft limitation at the project site.
After 4 months of manufacturing the pontoons in China, the pontoons were delivered to client’s project site in Laos, December 2023. A technical team was also dispatched on site to guide the client through the assembly process.
With the success of the above-mentioned project, A.M.S is looking forward to future opportunities to supply RigiFloat modular pontoons in the local and international market.
